WHAT IS SHRED?
Shred 3.0 is an upgrade. This time, it includes:
1. Workouts that help you shred fat, habits and the way you look at fitness and overall energy management.
2. Myself and The KineticLiving team of qualified coaches to make sure you are pushing yourself in the right form and technique.
3. Mindful Nutrition: Shred your older myths and inhibitions about food and look at REAL Nutrition.
4. Re-train your brain: A Mindset Mapping Session led by Coach Urmi.
5. Available even in personal training and online format. Also available a combination of studio and online training, for those who can’t make it every day.
6. A chance to win a fitness retreat with me (details will be given once you sign up for SHRED).
