These Dishes have been a result of me ENJOYING that process of CREATING NOURISHING food while grooving to my favorite music or in anticipation of tasting a new ingredient I purchased from my travels...superfoods especially. But I don't compromise on taste. Just like my workouts have NO bulls**t, my recipes are straight up and usually have less than 6 ingredients. NO Hidden Calories. Most of them have a cooking / making time of under 15 min. My creations are not for the Masterchef. They are for people who have the Real Hustle and hence need MAXIMUM nutrition to keep their ENERGY levels HIGH! I am an impatient cook. So if I can, you DEFINITELY can! NEVER count calories but practice MINDFUL eating.
