The perspective is that exercise is not about calories spent but about quality of movement and its benefit.
The second step is to gradually, maximize one’s OWN awareness quotient as the physical benefits deepen to nurture the mind.

Who are we?
Kinetic Living is a Fitness + Wellness Boot'ique founded by energy coach Urmi Kothari. We believe in the philosophy of transforming the mind through the body. Our gym is a safe & inclusive space for all our students - to work out at their own pace and chase their own fitness goals.
What do we do?
We focus on different workout disciplines such as Kettlebells, Pilates, Functional Training, Animal Flow, Calisthenics, Kalaripayattu, Trampoline, Prehab + Injury Prevention and Yoga, among many others.
